M: Upper Elementary through approximately Women’s 9. Pictured: 9-year-old wearing Youth 4 with room to grow. Also fit women’s 8.5 comfortably.
XL: High School/Adult — up to approximately Men’s 13. For reference: Men’s 12 fits XL.
