Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 10-15Â business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.Â
Custom items and bleached tees may vary, please inquire prior to purchase. Â Due to product availability and ongoing supply chain delays, if your item is unavailable or delayed, you will be contacted with the option to cancel.Â

You will be provided with collection instructions when order is ready for collection. Collection is 7am-7pm.Â
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. I do try to offset my waste created by reusing  any sturdy shipping boxes on hand, while providing the best shipping rates possible. Don't be surprised if your larger items arrive in a reused Amazon box!Â
The option to add postal insurance is available for your first class packages at checkout. Once items arrive at the USPS, I cannot guarantee handling and arrival. I recommend always purchasing insurance for all smaller items. Insurance is included for items >$50. Please contact me for additional shipping options if needed.Â

International shipping is not available at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
Orders are shipped via USPS/UPS. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Once the items have left my hands, I cannot control delivery timeframe. Please request expedited shipping if needed.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sawdust.silhouettes@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sawdust.silhouettes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.Â
