Kenlee’s Shop

Kenlee is a 5th grade student at North Desoto. Kenlee loves art and reading. If she isn’t in her room creating something, she will have her nose in a book. She loves Jesus, her family, friends, and all her pets. Kenlee was born at 24 weeks weighing only 1 pound and 9 ounces and spent 3 months at WK South NICU. When I asked her what she would do with the profit she would make, she told me she would love to give back to the NICU. So she plans on taking her portion of the sale to donate items needed and give snacks to the nurses and doctors who pour so much into their job.

Hello! Welcome to Sawdust Silhouettes. My name is Jennifer, and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and a tell you a little bit about my shop.  

After living overseas for 8 years, our family was planted (thanks to the USAF) in the little town of Stonewall, Louisiana. After having our second baby in 2020, I decided to step back from my nursing career to take what started out as a hobby to the next level! Sometimes the greatest opportunities come to you when you are least expecting them, and for me that came in the form of custom creations. Through this experience I have discovered true Southern hospitality, made amazing friends, and had the opportunity to work alongside so many wonderful Shreveport small businesses!
